If you encounter subscriber-only content while exploring the Movers Dispatch Board website, click "Subscribe Now" to create an account. After completing registration, use the email and password you provided to log in. For future visits, enter your username and password in the login box on the landing page.

How do I update my account information?

Account Deactivated Due to Violation of Community Guidelines
If your account was deactivated for violating Movers Dispatch Board's community guidelines or policies, you can request a review by emailing <a href='mailto:support@moversdispatchboard.com'>support@moversdispatchboard.com</a>. Please type 'Request Review' in the subject line and include your name and the reason for the review request in the email body. support@moversdispatchboard.com . In the subject line type in “Request Review” and simply state your name and reason for the review request in the email body.

Account Deactivated Due to Payment Failure
If your account was deactivated due to a payment failure, you will be prompted to update your payment method during your next login. If the issue persists after updating or if your payment information appears to be correct, please email <a href="mailto:support@moversdispatchboard.com">support@moversdispatchboard.com</a>. What is required for obtaining a Trust Badge?
To obtain a Trust Badge Membership, you must ensure you meet the following criteria: Active Licensing & Insurance, maintain a Satisfactory Rating with FMCSA for Interstate Moves and Local State DOT for Intrastate Moves, maintain above-average reviews on Movers Dispatch Board, be in business for over 3 years in the Household Goods Industry with confirmed reviews online, and comply with all Federal & State Regulations that regulate the Household Goods Industry.

Reporting a Subscriber for Inappropriate Behavior
If a subscriber has sent messages or communications that are inappropriate or violate Movers Dispatch Board’s community guidelines or policies, please notify us via the message center or at <a href='mailto:support@moversdispatchboard.com'>support@moversdispatchboard.com</a>. Be sure to include the subscriber's name and any images of the messages or texts in question.support@moversdispatchboard.com.
